Filters feel like good quality--having tried them on the camera yet, but a brief and unscientific test of the polarizer with my point and shoot gave fantastic results, really filtered out the light diffraction and helped the contrast. If you're looking for a budget, no frills filter, these work great.
Edit: I have been using them now for a couple of weeks. Both seem to work well. Can't really tell with the UV, but it's at least protecting the lens, but the polarizer really shows. There are some specks where the polarized coating seems to be gone (could've been scratched off, I'm not careful with filters), but they're only noticeable up to the eye, not in actual photos, even of LCD screens which dramatically polarize. Likely, it's so out-of-focus that close that it's, like small dust, invisible in the actual picture.
Anyway, I'm quite happy with it, and it's a fantastic price for a filter set you'll want to have for each of your lenses.
