(More customer reviews)Pros: Well made, nice even effect, easy to vary PL angle, no appreciable color-cast or vignetting.
Cons: Pricey, like all glass items, smudges easily, not the easiest to clean, standard lens cap comes of easily (knocked off)
Review: Purchased before a trip to Japan to protect lenses on 1.6x crop digital body. Used on 28mm & 50mm lenses, very nice results on both. Easy to vary direction of polarization for different strength of effect, no vignetting apparent, very very slight color cast, some scenes turned slightly blue-er (not really noticeable in photos, readily changed in software). I don't know how it compares with cheap-o PL filters, but I have no reason to bash this one. 4 stars, would have been 5 stars had it not been 70-ish dollars
Equipment:Canon EF 28mm 1.8, Canon EF 50mm 1.4, EOS 40D, EOS 350D.
