(More customer reviews)Here's what it really is: a Polaroid PL4258F 58mm Studio Series .42x High Definition Fisheye Lens, and the seller throws in a Bower 42mm-58mm step-up ring to make it fit. This turns out to suck for a simple reason: Polaroid's camera-side lens cover doesn't fit over the adapter ring. You end up carrying the fisheye PLUS the adapter ring in your bag, and whenever you want to mount the fisheye, you have to mount the step-up ring first, then mount the fisheye. It's a lot of time spent screwing around, and it's even worse when the dismount comes - you have to be careful not to unscrew the macro lens part of the fisheye when you're trying to unscrew the Bower step-up ring.
It's a whole lot of moving parts to keep in my camera bag, and I'm not quite sure it's worth the effort.
The fisheye is about 2x the physical length of the 20mm lens, and the weight feels perfect - the GF1 is really easy to balance with the combination of the 20mm lens and the fisheye lens. Very comfortable for shooting.
