So I got a Kodak Play Sports after months of reading about it and all the reviews from computer geeks to complete novices like myself.
Now I do videos of my customers fishing charter.....PLUS photos. I believe they enjoy re-living the day as much as future customers getting to see what they'll do, when they book their day.
I learned it all fast and it was EZ. The editing software took a bit more time. But after about ten video's now. I'm really getting the Arcsoft software that's loaded right in the camera.
I've done an hour of video on one battery. Although I bought a "bundle".
Spare battery, Spare Memory card, case and a remote control....YEAH, a remote control! Perfect for the busy on deck Capt. Like myself. Just incase.
If you've read all the reviews, and done your homework. You've probably read about 98% positive about this product. I give 98% too.
It's water proof, the image stabilization is awesome! Soon as a friend saw mine and what it can do he went and got one for his fishing trips with family and friends.
I even bought later a suction cup "ram mount" so I can put the camera anywhere on the boat. It's really now the perfect video setup I have on my boat.
