Called Amazon for a replacement and 2nd one received is also NiMH. Amazon made me pay postage to return the first one and not one apology or thought that the product is listed wrong on their site no matter how many times I said something.
That's the beauty of non American, Off-Shore customer "Service" it doesn't cost much and you really don't get much for your money.
And Jeff Bezos., you wonder why I really don't buy much from your company. If Amazon fulfills a product and doesn't get it right or care, why should I trust all the other vendors on the site!
October 12, 2010: Just so you know the original product description when I purchased this product in July 2010 said Li-Ion not NiMH. The product description and title have been corrected. The product operates as it should. The description was just wrong and I could not get anyone in customer service to "Yes, I understand your problem". It's best said if you add an India or someone from that region accent to it.
